Colorado Undergraduate Research in Environmental Health Sciences (CUREHS) Program
Open to Colorado undergraduate juniors and seniors from underrepresented backgrounds interested in environmental health.

Colorado Summer Institute in Biostatistics
Open to advanced undergraduate or early-stage graduate students with interest in the application of statistics and mathematics to biomedical research.

Developing Scholars Program
Open to undergraduates from regional undergraduate institutions (CU Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver, and CU Colorado Springs) who are interested in biomedical research and are traditionally excluded or underserved in academic research based on race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or gender identity and expression.  

DICR: Diversity in Cancer Research
Open to rising college sophomores, juniors, and seniors from underrepresented backgrounds interested in any STEM discipline (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics).

Gates Summer Research Internship (GSIP)
Open to any undergraduate and recent graduates, including former interns.

Open to undergraduates and recent graduates interested in exploring a career in medicine or other health professions.

PRESTIGE: Premed RESearch TrainInG Experience
Open to recent baccalaureate graduates from underrepresented backgrounds who are interested in a future medical career combined with biomedical research.

Professional Research Experience Program (PREP)
Open to current CU Denver Graduate students, Undergrads, and Postdocs in engineering, chemistry, or physics interested in research opportunities at National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Psychiatric Undergraduate Research Program and Learning Experience (PURPLE)
Open to undergraduates and recent graduates interested in pediatric mental health.

RNA Bioscience Initiative Summer Internship Program
Open to undergraduates interested in RNA research (RNA Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Genomics, and Bioinformatics) who intend to pursue graduate school.

Scholarly Trainees Acquiring Research Skills (STARS) Program
Open to Colorado Community College Students interested in research careers in child psychology, child psychiatry, or developmental neuroscience.

School of Dental Medicine International Student Program (ISP)
Open to qualified graduates of foreign dental programs interested in pursuing the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the CU School of Dental Medicine

School of Medicine Post-Baccalaureate Program
Open to CO residents who have applied to the CU Anschutz MD program.

Summer Research Training Program (SRTP)
Open to undergraduates enrolled in college in Colorado that are from a group historically underrepresented in science. Tracks in Neuroscience and Physician-Scientists available. No prior experience in a biomedical research lab is required to apply.

Undergraduate Pre-Health Program
Open to any undergraduate student interested in Healthcare Professions.

U-TRAC: Undergraduate Training and Research Achievement in Cancer
Open to undergraduate rising sophomores and/or juniors who are looking for a year-long, paid, mentored cancer-related research experience coupled with training in biomedical concepts, research principles, and career development workshops and lectures.

Webb-Waring/Colorado Undergraduate Summer Research Program (CUSP)
Open to students and graduates aspiring to careers in medicine and biomedical research.
