Instructions for claiming your University email account can be found at https://myaccount.ucdenver.edu/step1.php. For assistance, please contact Phone Tech support, M-F, 7:30-5:30 at 303-724-4357 (Helpdesk). Once you have claimed your email account, all email communications from the University will only be sent to your University account. Not reading email does not absolve students from the responsibilities associated with communications sent to their University email address. Remember to check your official email on a frequent and consistent basis in order to stay current with University communications.
Office of Research Education (ORE) and Colorado School of Public Health (CSPH) students: You will be contacted by your program with information regarding your immunizations. Please do not follow the instructions below.

The university has partnered with American Databank (ADB) to provide you with a secure account to submit and manage your immunization requirements. The Graduate School access link for American DataBank/Complio is http://cuanschutzmedicalcampuscompliance.com/.

You will need to select “Graduate School” as the School and then select your program. For the User Group on the next page, please select “Graduate School – Fall 2025”
You will need to purchase both the Compliance Tracking Package and Background Check.
Immunizations are due July 14, 2025.
It can take some time to become compliant. Please begin the process as soon as possible.
If you are not compliant by ADB, you will not be allowed to register or attend classes. This may mean that you will need to defer to a future term. A hold is placed on your account until the process is completed.
Your materials will be reviewed within 5 business days of receiving compliance. If you have not heard from us by then, please feel free to email for an update.
The Program Administrator for your program will be contacting you with information about your individual program orientation.
The Financial Aid process is available online. Students should complete the Federal Application (FAFSA) via the web. Detailed instructions are available on the Financial Aid website. You may also contact the Financial Aid Office directly concerning deadlines or for any other questions or information. You may also wish to consult with your program regarding aid specific to your graduate program.

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus does not have on-campus housing, but housing can be found nearby. The Student Assistance Office maintains a database of available housing and roommate situations and can help you if you wish; please call them at 303-724-7686 or visit their website.

Information regarding petitioning for Colorado residency status is available at Petition for Colorado Residency - Registrar's Office. We recommend that all out-of-state students begin to establish residency in Colorado before the beginning of their first term. International students not on permanent resident status are not eligible for Colorado residency.
