Office of Research Education (ORE) and Colorado School of Public Health (CSPH) students: You will be contacted by your program with information regarding your immunizations. Please do not follow the instructions below.
Students from the following programs should follow the directions below to complete their immunization requirements:
- Biomedical Sciences and Biotechnology
- Clinical Science MS and PhD
- Genetic Counseling
- Modern Human Anatomy
- Pharmaceutical Sciences MS and PhD
- Pharmaceutical Outcomes Research
- Toxicology
Students in fully online programs should refer to the email "Your Next Steps for Enrollment/Matriculation" for instructions on completing the immunization process.
The university has partnered with American Databank (ADB) to provide you with a secure account to submit and manage your immunization requirements. The Graduate School access link for American DataBank/Complio is http://cuanschutzmedicalcampuscompliance.com/.

You will need to select “Graduate School” as the School and then select your program. For the User Group on the next page, please select “Graduate School – Fall 2026”
You will need to purchase both the Compliance Tracking Package and Background Check.
- Immunizations are due October 1, 2025.
- It can take some time to become compliant. Please begin the process as soon as possible.
- If you are not compliant with ADB, you will not be allowed to register or attend classes the next term. A hold is placed on your account if the process is not completed by the deadline.
- Your materials will be reviewed within 5 business days of receiving compliance. If you have not heard from us by then, please feel free to email for an update.
