Students are required to submit proof of current immunizations. The University has partnered with American Databank (ADB) to provide you with a secure account to submit and manage your immunization requirements.
Instructions for setting up your ADB account are included as an attachment to your Graduate School matriculation email. If you are having trouble locating this attachment, please email
graduate.school@cuanschutz.edu. An immunization hold is placed on your record until this step is complete. The hold will prevent registration. The Graduate School access link for American DataBank/Complio is
http://cuanschutzmedicalcampuscompliance.com/. You will need to select “Graduate School” as the School and then select your program. For the User Group on the next page, please select “Graduate School – Fall 2025”
You will need to purchase both the Compliance Tracking Package and Background Check. As a note, through the Graduate School, you will only need to purchase the 24 month package. The 48 month package is available if should want to continue your account for other reasons such as future employment.
You may notice an Immunization hold on your student record. The hold is placed on all incoming student records until the immunization requirements have been met. It is important that you set up your accounts with America DataBank/Complio as soon as possible so you can become familiar with the immunizations/test needed. If it is determined that you need any of the immunizations/or TB testing, it can take time to become compliant as some require a series of steps that can take up to a month to complete.
All active students must submit immunization records, so if for any reason you don’t move forward with taking classes this semester, please work with your program to request a deferral.
